1.  THERE IS NO PRINT CATALOG - please do NOT request one.

2.  Items in stock such as those from "Unique", Clearance, Hearts, or Venus pendants that are IN STOCK can be shipped immediately. All other lampwork is "made to order" and you will have to wait for production.
I DO NOT STOCK beads (too many orders - no time!) including chocolates and Buckeye Beads - these are made to order!

NOTE: At some times in the year, chocolate and buckeye bead ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO FOUR WEEKS- due to heavy backorders. (i.e. football season for Buckeye Beads (please see new policy on Buckeye Bead page), Valentine and Christmas for Chocolates)

PLEASE NOTE:
--  I CANNOT guarantee time-frame for ANY LARGE LAMPWORK ORDER. Large orders may be accepted if buyer will accept partial shipments over a longer period of time, AND NO deadline is involved.)

-- No order is processed until payment is RECEIVED (and cashed/cleared, if personal check).

-- And no - I will not "cash your international money order and refund the balance... "...this is a common "Nigerian" bank scam.

-- I DO NOT OFFER FREE SAMPLES, WHOLESALE, or DISCOUNTS:  my beads are individually hand made and reasonably priced... I make a very low profit margin over production costs.

RETURNS: Custom order items are not returnable. All other stock item returns subject to 20 percent handling fee, no refund of shipping/handling or postage, and return postage is your responsibility. Items received or returned damaged will not be replaced, (see postal insurance section) damages recieved by buyer due to postal handling must be processed through the postal claim system - which MAY TAKE more than 30 days to resolve.

If you have a CURRENT ORDER - check ORDER STATUS
Orders are processed in order that payment is RECEIVED - not when inquiry is made about a "possible order."

All ORDERS must include:
YOUR NAME, FULL ADDRESS (if you are in OHIO please provide your county NAME for tax purposes) AND the item information - your order should include style, color, and quantity.  
For example:

OHIO SALES TAX WILL BE ADDED FOR ALL OHIO RESIDENTS at YOUR COUNTY RATE!  OHIO RESIDENTS MUST PROVIDE COUNTY OF RESIDENCE AND YOUR LOCAL TAX RATE IF YOU are an OHIO VENDOR - please provide your Sales Tax number IN ADVANCE.

ORDER CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL:
You will receive an email confirmation of your order with the TOTAL COST including shipping, and Ohio Tax if required. Confirmation message will include instructions for payment. Please do not mail payments without confirmation of stock, backorders, and total order cost.

ALL unique beads shown "as-is" such as hearts, flowers, and Venus pendants are ONE OF A KIND, and sold on first-come, first-served basis.... all other lampwork is produced in accordance with orders, no production begins until payment is received.

DELIVERY TIME: All other lampwork is subject to production load and my schedule. SEE top of page....

LARGE ORDERS MAY TAKE 4-6 WEEKS!
I will not do any order for more than 10 items total with a delivery time frame guarantee.  If you need a guaranteed delivery - ask first... do not wait until after ordering  - and then ask for a specific delivery date.

SHIPPING and Handling: All Shipping via Postal Service

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - must be paid in US DOLLARS through PAYPAL ONLY!
Shipping costs MAY vary. I prefer to use Global Priority Mail which is a fixed rate.. and relatively fast delivery.

PAYMENT:
Payment due prior to delivery. Cash, Check, or Money Order, or PAYPAL electronic payment. Sorry - no credit cards except through PAYPAL.

Please ensure that you identify your order in the SUBJECT LINE OR COMMENTS BLOCK of PAYPAL.....

Returned Check Fee $20.00 - NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
New customer check orders may be held until they have cleared through my bank.
