All ORDERS must include:
YOUR NAME, FULL ADDRESS (if you are in OHIO please provide your COUNTY NAME AND TAX RATE.) Your bead order should clearly state item information: including bead style, color, and quantity.

OHIO SALES TAX WILL BE ADDED FOR ALL OHIO RESIDENTS at YOUR COUNTY RATE! OHIO RESIDENTS MUST PROVIDE COUNTY OF RESIDENCE AND YOUR LOCAL TAX RATE IF YOU are an OHIO VENDOR - please provide your Sales Tax number IN ADVANCE.
ORDER CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL:
You will receive an email confirmation of your order with the TOTAL COST including shipping, and Ohio Tax if required. Confirmation message will include instructions for payment. Please do not mail payments without confirmation of stock, backorders, any special shipping (i.e. international), and total order cost.
ALL unique beads shown "as-is" such as hearts, flowers, seafans, and Venus pendants are ONE OF A KIND, and sold on first-come, first-served basis.... all other lampwork is produced in accordance with orders, no production begins until payment is received.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - must be paid in US DOLLARS through PAYPAL ONLY! shipping costs and times vary, therefore I will inquire as to your preference. Global Priority Mail is a fixed rate... and relatively fast delivery but expensive. |
FAQ's - Frequently Asked Questions
1. THERE IS NO PRINT CATALOG - please do NOT request one.
2. Items "in stock" such
as those from "Unique", Clearance, Hearts, Seafans or Venus pendants that
are IN STOCK can be shipped immediately.
All other lampwork is "made to order" and you will have
to wait for production.
I DO NOT
STOCK beads (too much variety and no time!) including chocolates and Buckeye Beads - these are made to order!
NOTE:
At some times in the year, chocolate and buckeye bead ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO FOUR WEEKS- due to heavy backorders.
(i.e. football season for Buckeye Beads (please see new policy on
Buckeye Bead page), Valentine and Christmas
for Chocolates)
PLEASE
NOTE: -- I CANNOT guarantee time-frame for ANY LARGE
LAMPWORK ORDER. Large orders may be accepted if buyer will accept
partial shipments over a longer period of time, AND NO deadline
is involved.)
-- And NO - I will not "cash your international money order and refund the balance... ".and I DO NOT OFFER FREE SAMPLES, WHOLESALE, or DISCOUNTS: my beads are individually hand made and reasonably priced... I make a very low profit margin over production costs.
RETURNS: Custom order items are not returnable. All other stock item returns subject to
15 percent (of bead value) handling fee, no refund of shipping/handling or postage, and
return postage
is your responsibility. Items received or returned damaged will not be replaced, (see postal insurance section) damages
recieved by buyer due to postal handling must be processed through the postal claim system - which
MAY TAKE more than 30 days to resolve. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NOT INSURED.
If
you have a CURRENT ORDER - check
ORDER STATUS
Orders are processed
in order that payment is RECEIVED - not when inquiry is made about a
"possible order."
LARGE ORDERS MAY TAKE 4-6 WEEKS!
I will not do any large order with a delivery time frame guarantee.
If you need a guaranteed delivery - ask first... do not wait
until after ordering - and then ask for a specific delivery
date.
PAYMENT:
Payment due prior to delivery. Cash, Check, or Money Order, or PAYPAL electronic payment. Sorry - no credit cards except through PAYPAL.
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS MUST BE THROUGH PAYPAL. Please ensure that you identify your order number in the SUBJECT

Returned Check Fee $20.00 - NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
New customer check orders may be held until they have cleared through my bank.
